The services that Instant Printables™, LLC.,  provides to both the members and the customers are subject to the following Terms of Use (TOU). Instant Printables™, LLC.,  reserves the right to update the TOU at any time without notice.

Through this Web site, Instant Printables™, LLC.,  provides you with access to valuable resources and services (collectively services). These services, including any updates, enhancements, new features, and/or the addition of any new  Web site properties, are subject to the TOU.

IN NO EVENT SHALL Instant Printables™, LLC.,  AND/OR ITS RESPECTIVE MEMBERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER RESULTING FROM THE USE OR LOSS OF USE, DATA OR PROFITS, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCES OR OTHER TORTIOUS ACTION, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE, PERFORMANCE OR FAILURE TO PROVIDE SERVICES FROM THIS WEB SITE. All parties that join as members of Instant Printables™, LLC., agree to an implied non-compete clause. By access of our services, in no way may any member duplicate, implement any likeness of services as provided herein at anytime during or after their membership is terminated. This includes any and all concepts of our website, functionality and implementation.

MEMBER ACCOUNT, PASSWORD, AND SECURITY.

In order to access and use the services, you must create a account by completing the registration process of providing us with current, complete and accurate information as prompted by the applicable registration form. You also will choose a password and a user name. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account. Furthermore, you are entirely responsible for any and all activities that occur under that account. You agree to notify Instant Printables™, LLC.,  immediately iof any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. Instant Printables™, LLC.,  will not be liable for any loss that you may incur as a result of someone else using your password or account, either with or without your knowledge. you could, however, be held liable for losses incurred by Instant Printables™, LLC.,  or any other party due to someone else using your account or password. You may not use anyone else's account at any time. Accounts are limited to one designer. No account sharing is allowed through Instant Printables™, LLC.

MEMBERSHIP FEES.

Members agree once they sign up to provide Instant Printables™, LLC.,  with the yearly or monthly fee listed. At no time are any or part of these fees refundable or prorated. All yearly payments are due at the time of registration. If members wish to cancel their memberships they must cancel their subscription through Paypal. The date of canceling a subscription through Paypal is the date which the members membership will cease. We cannot prorate any memberships once cancelation of subscriptions have been made. All free memberships must abide by these same terms of service as described herein.

NO UNLAWFUL OR PROHIBITED USE.

As a condition of your use of the Services, you will not use the Services for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms, conditions, and notices. You may not use the Services in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair any Instant Printables™, LLC.,  server, or the network(s) connected to any Instant Printables™, LLC.,  server, or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of Services. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to Services, other accounts, computer systems or networks connected to any Instant Printables™, LLC.,  server or to the Services, through hacking, password mining or any other means. You may not obtain or attempt to obtain any materials or information through any means not intentionally made through the Services.

RIGHT OF TERMINATION.

Instant Printables™, LLC., reserves the right to terminate your access to any portion or all of the Web site and/or Services at any time, without notice, for any reason whatsoever. Instant Printables™, LLC., reserves the right at all times to disclose any information as Instant Printables™, LLC., deems necessary to satisfy any applicable law, regulations, legal process or governmental request, or to edit, refuse to post or to remove any information or materials, in whole or part, in Instant Printables™, LLC., 's sole discretion. At the sole discretion of Instant Printables™, LLC., fees for membership may in part or whole be returned to the member if termination occurs.
